Telerik Academy Foundation is the largest private, non-profit organization in Bulgaria training the next generation of digital stars. With a national program, which equips kids ages 10-18 with key coding and digital skills, Telerik Academy Foundation annually engages over 1,300 school children in 12 Bulgarian towns.
The initiative aims to awaken and preserve the interest of students from 4th to 12th grade in computer programming and digital science and to prepare the next Bulgarian champions of informatics.
In partnership with CoderDojo, the initiative organizes programming workshops for children from 1st to 3rd grade.
Telerik Academy School - Specialized training for students from 7th to 12th grade in software development. The courses are held once a month within 3 days in the training center of the initiative in Sofia. Participants learn how to create mobile and web applications while preparing for the National IT Olympics.
Telerik Academy Kids - the largest private programming program for children aged 10-12. During the school year 2016-2017, 1000 children were educated in a total of 36 programming groups in 11 cities in Bulgaria.
