This center hcarries out scientific and applied research aimed at improving the quality of life by assessing the quality of different categories of foods and their importance for human health. The objectives of the CHALLENGE are not only to improve the education and scientific potential of the University, but also to contribute to the relationship between the University and society as a whole.
PRINLE at Trakia University Stara Zagora also performs product testing by indicators and features of its declared scope of activity as a service to its clients.
In its scientific, experimental and analytical activities, the Center uses methods approved in international, regional and Bulgarian standards, according to which the Quality Management System and Administrative and Technical Activities is implemented and constantly improved.
