FretLink is a service that connects shippers and carriers through a SaaS software and a mobile application for drivers.
Our company‘s main objective is to help the logistic transport business evolve, by introducing optimization methods allowed by new technologies.

2) What is the competitive advantage of your product/service? How does it contribute to the development of (sector/industry) ?

One of the advantages of using our platform is that it is entirely free to use from the carriers.

3) We all live in a rapidly changing high-tech world. What are the future solutions that you need to focus on for the development of your business?

The world is changing rapidly, indeed. Machine learning is one of the things that has the potential to change significantly our sector.



4) What would you like to achieve in the next 5 years?

In the next 5 years we would like to expand our platform 2-5 times.

5) Do you consider Bulgaria a good place for developing a start-up? According to you, which are the main positive and negative factors of developing a start-up here?

Yes, Bulgaria is a good place to start a business. The main positive aspects are firstly that we are part of the European Union, cheap labor, great developers and the whole startup ecosystem as a whole.
On the other hand, the negative aspects are corruption, bureaucracy, lack of flexible investments and lack of capable workers. Another negativity is the prohibition law to be on a managerial position if your company has bankrupted.

6) Is there something that you don’t like or you find particularly annoying about the current situation in Bulgaria? What would you like to personally change about it?

Corruption and lack of moral values of a great problem for our community. Also, something that has to be changed is implementing a training for new workers, so that they could be efficient in their future job
